Guide Me is a free chat-based travel companion that gives honest, locals-only recommendations for things to do, eat, drink, and see across major cities. Pick a city, ask anything, and get answers that read like a text from a friend who actually lives there. No sign-up. No affiliate commissions. No advertising.

## How recommendations are sourced

Recommendations are generated by an AI model trained on long-form local writing about each city — neighbourhood guides, resident food critics, and the kind of detail that doesn't survive in five-star reviews. The model is biased toward independent venues, neighbourhood favourites, and honest takes. City landing pages (e.g. /london) are reviewed and updated by a city-based human editor at least quarterly.
